GMind (“GMind,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an educational game platform designed to support learning through interactive digital experiences for students ages 6–15. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when students, parents, teachers, and school administrators use the GMind mobile application, website, dashboard, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
We are committed to protecting children’s privacy. GMind collects student information only for educational, account management, safety, reporting, and platform functionality purposes. We do not sell student personal information, and we do not use student personal information for targeted advertising.
This Privacy Policy is intended for parents, legal guardians, teachers, schools, and administrators. It also explains rights available under applicable privacy laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and other relevant privacy and data protection laws.

GMind is designed for students ages 6–15. For students aged 13–15, we still apply privacy-protective practices, including limiting data use to educational purposes, avoiding targeted advertising, and not selling student personal information.
